I'll start from the beginning...My license expired in March and I've just been too busy to get another one. I lost it sometime in July or August and when I went to get another one they said I had to pay insurance surcharges. Since I was visiting my sweetie in New Mexico the next day I just got an ID so I could get on the plane. I
