It’s really hard to go out and drive when you don’t have car insurance. I remember a family friend who always gave us a ride, everytime he saw cops on the streets he always panicked and tried to stay away as much as possible. He also got in an accident once. While parked, another car collided with his car. It was totally not his fault but since he didn’t have insurance that time he had to take off and not settle what happened.
