Re: New answer needed for tow law, by L'Nae Hart, Wednesday Letters. I have been hit three times by drivers who had no insurance. It is unfair that those of us who scrimp and do without to pay for insurance because we are law-abiding citizens. We are asked again and again to foot the bill for people who choose not to insure their cars. I am sick of the chronic whiners and excuse makers who think that only some of us should have to obey the rules. Let them ride the bus. Nancy Dominguez, Rowl
