The Health Report, Year 3: Week 5

Illinois would be a great state to live in if it weren't for all of the snow and cold. But for six or eight months, it's great. We've had twice the amount of snow this year that we had by this time last year, and it sucks. I live in DeKalb, and DeKalb doesn't really plow and they sure as hell don't salt the roads; if you want to see a plow you have to wait until either the snow has finished falling or even the next day so that the middle of the road will be kind of cleared off.
