The good news: They caught the kids who vandalized and severely messed up the car of our friend in Central Texas. This means that the insurance company gets the county’s victim services fund (or some fund) to pay the cost of her deductible for fixing the window and repainting the doors. Yay! Good news! The bad news? Now I have to figure out how to get the money back to those of you who contributed to the deductible fund. Our friend would prefer that I hold onto the money and put it towards
