Wanted: Decent Rig for $200-$300

I have been looking to build a rig with some used parts which would consist of like an AMD X2 Chip + 256-512mb gfx card that supports DX9. I just need a full rig to get me by for a few months until I get my car insurance settlement and invest in a Liquid Cooled Quad Rig. In the meantime, I want something that will be able to handle games such as Warhammer Online, and possibly some steam games. Looking for something with a maximum price of $300 and anything lower would be great. You c
