Budget Car Rental Not Worth the Time, Effort or Money!

My husband and I recently rented a Budget rental truck so we could make the long move from Missouri to southeast Kentucky. We had reserved the truck ahead of time to be sure it would be ready when we went to pick the truck up. Wow! First off, they called us about 15 minutes before we were due to get the truck, saying the previous renters had left the dome light on in the truck and they had to jump start the battery and could we please wait about an hour? Sure, we had no problem with that. When w
