Being Without Transport Is Disruptive

When I was in the Philippines, we used public transport to get around. It was cheap, and there were no worries, no repairs, no payments, no gas to buy, no oil changes to have done, and no taxes or insurance to pay each year. It was a system that worked well in a crowded city, as there were lots of passengers to pay their fares.
