Which Insurance???

Dear TBhp Members, I need your opinion/views once again. SO please tickle your grey cells and help me out on this. Its now almost an year when I bought my car and its time now for renewal of insurance. To begin with I got a quote from Bajaj Allianz(my previous default insurer) which sen me a quote of around ~12K on an IDV of ~3L. I contact ICICI Lombard and they gave me a quote of ~8K on an IDV of 3L. I am looking for a comprehensive insurance. Bajaj Allianz has a compulsary deductible
