Our insurance company will be auditing me soon because I'll be putting in another claim! After learning earlier in the year that using different carriers for connecting flights will leave you totally screwed if things go wrong I did have the good sense to use KLM all the way from London to Beijing, thank God ,since our flight left London over two hours
